On a side note, this sp is pure manipulation. I've been watching RBC do this the last few trading sessions. Anytime even the smallest bid goes up, they take it out. This is what happens when companies like QEC hit a news patch, they can get played around with since we have 200M o/s shares and it's easy to do with very little shares.
