Good points Rocket. However, I still see this as an opportunity for the tree huggers to add to their misguided approach at trying to stop this development at all costs. I agree fully that the mandate of the SEA is to provide the guideleines for policy makers to adopt but one can never fully depend on these types of studies and the policy makers especially in an election year to achieve the desired goal.
