Message: Getting back into QEC

Hope someone can enlighten me a little bit now since I am in a position to re-invest into Questerre. Recent posts however, have made me hesitant and I would appreciate some "local" twitter on the following:

http://www.calgaryherald.com/business/Firms+welcome+fracking+standards/6076346/story.html

"Michael Binnion, president and chief executive of Calgary-based junior Questerre Energy Corp., pointed out that Quebec has given it an "unpaid vacation" on its shale gas assets there, through its threeyear moratorium on fracking announced last year.

What does that mean?? Besides the fracs this spring for "study"purposes nothing will really be known before the above statement "might be lifted?".

If the moratium continues after that then QEC would seem doomed!?!

And the second issue: will this public opinion shift??? If not the moratium would most likely be prolonged?`?

Twenty-eight per cent of Canadians opposed the imposition of a moratorium on fracking. Opposition was strongest in Quebec (36 per cent), where it has already been halted."
