Much appreciated. I was reading how the PQ was defeated again today in the assembly on a vote for a complete moratorium. They are asking for one until a new hydrocarbon law is done. You see how before they were completely against...and now they are only against until a hc law is in place. Frankly these guys just don't want to see the liberals bring any type of growth or properity to Quebec, which is what they would be doing with the utica. Anyway, I'm going to read this!
