I just came across this and thought it was a nice read. The oil and gas in Ohio last year created 10,000 jobs and they are predicting 204,000 by 2015. Obviously I don't know how realistic the 204K mark is, but even half of that on the conservative side is quite a nice number for a struggling economy. Hoping for some good things to come from Quebec next year so they can experience the same. Living here in Alberta, I see so many people from out east who come to work here because of not only oil and gas, but the economy in general...which gets a lot of support from oil and gas revenue. Hoping that our board members from Quebec will us stories about people from other provinces flocking their for work after the SEA.
