Hi, All:

This could eventually be relevant to Quebec. New Brunswick have authorized new rules for fracking. Will Quebecers stand by and allow prosperity to come to a sister province, without asking for their share? Of course, anything is possible, but this does set some kind of precedent for Atlantic Canada......
