OK, So the PQ are going into partnership with Junex, Petrolia and Corridor to develop the oil shales on Anticosti.

This means fracking! Does QEC have a legal basis for moving forward with fracking on their acreage? Can the PQ legally permit some types of fracking and have a moratorium on others?

Does this have implications for QEC in the lowlands?

What do you guys think?
