Qec is currently conducting a well program at the wellsite 07-19 where the first well (08-20) is completed. The well encountered about 1983 m of Montney reservoir. This well was drilled ahead of schedule which will improve well economic.

The second well (02/02-18) was spuded april.20th and will reach TD as we speak. this well encountered approx 2000 m of Montney reservoir. This well will also be finished ahead of schedule.

The third well from this pad (09-20) will be spudded late in May. All three wells will be fracked and tested once this third well is finished drilling and completed. Probably in July.

They are about to contract a second rig. This will accelrate the pace in Kakwa. One rig will test and prove areas further to the west in the East Kakwa and the other rig will drill infill wells in the already proven areas.
It is estimated that these two rigs will drill about ten wells from now and till April 2015.

Qec plans to test their first 100% well this summer, probably in July. Three more 100% wells will probably be drilled before 2014e.

The resourcereport from PH is expected late summer.

In addition are there expected new RBL deals and probably new downstream deals securing marketvolums for gas and liquids.

Productionestimates : east Kakwa oct--dec 1450 boed + around 500 from Kakwa++ + two/three 100% Kakwa wells.
