Nov 8 (Reuters) - Talisman Energy Inc (TLM.TO) (TLM.N) on
Monday sold $600 million of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $500 million.
Citigroup and JP Morgan were the active joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.

TLM has issued a loan or what?
So, ofcause I think, maybe they need more money to do the Fortierville project and go on with more drillings, as Mr. Binoin says:"It will require an investment of several hundred million dollars for a 30-50 well program to optimize costs on a per well basis and demonstrate commercial recovery rates" , but they buy and sell much of their holdings and recently they have made a joint venture project with Statoil Norway on an Eagle Ford lease.
