Goldie.... the insiders are not dumping, I believe that those were some of the shares released for the Private placement.
If you look at the "direct ownership" of the Venbac shares and the INdirect ownership of Murray's shares....
the total comes to 5.5 million.... I'm not sure where the rest came from (to total the 10,259,000 units for the PP)
actually, I see that a few days ago, Max Polinski just picked up another 11,000 at market.
