Robert,

I am not sure what to make of it or if I should even be worried. The offices are right next to each other. One thing I do know is RR needs to do a lot of PR and get the shareholder value to where it should be. They need to get it listed on the TSX and get institutional investors interested. Perhaps once the 43-101 is updated he can get some action happening. This stock is the best kept secret up to now.
