RAINY RIVER APPOINTS LIZ CARIDI AS DIRECTOR OF INVESTOR RELATIONS & CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Rainy River Resources Ltd. has promoted Liz Caridi to director of investor relations and corporate governance.

Ms. Caridi has over 13 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, particularly in managing communications and compliance for junior exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange, and has been with Rainy River since 2005, as corporate secretary and compliance manager. Ms. Caridi has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of British Columbia, and has completed the Canadian securities course and several corporate governance courses.
