"I really believe that Ram is going to buy Nevada. Look at the share price of both companies and you will find that RAM has gained significantly against NGP within the last couple weeks.
So here's my crazy theory to explain why this is happening: Lets say Nevada is getting closer to announcing the closing date on the financing and all of the insiders such as Rick Rule and the boys know this, so what they are doing to compensate for this pop that will occur once the closing date occurs, is to push NGP's share price down while at the same time driving RPG up. The reason being, they have already determined what ratio we will receive and are manipulating accordingly.
