Dear Mr. Shaffer:

There was nothing insulting about my reply other than politely asking you to consider doing appropriate research and having fun with the word exclusive. There is nothing in your reply that can be substantiated or verified. There is no need for me to reply given what appears to be a child-like response. But in hopes of helping you to better understand the climate:

1. unrestricted shares already part of the total...no dillution.

2. OTC permits institutional investors to participate.

3. Your reply has nothing to do with LLSR just general market pessimism. I would love to know what upstart company in phase III development you would recommend based on your wealth of knowledge... I'll even do research after you give us a clue.

4. Just plain uniformed. Beta units (phase II) have been deployed for quite some time at key dental institutions. No additional funds have been raised or needed since the hardware upgrade. The software already exists. I'm confused.... "the software could have been added to what?"

5. Agreed that round three funding is needed to move into production as with any upstart company. Items 1 and 2 are in process such that round three funding can begin 4th Qtr/2008. Unfortunately, you missed my point.... another company has already taken an untested technology (OCT) into volume production over the last 6 years reducing LLSR's market technology risks. Not to mention that another company has taken OCT into production over the last year in the cardiovascular field too.

6. Your reply makes no sense. This is a technology block that prohibits competitor entry. My comment has nothing to do with cash.

7. To better help you understand the wow factor. LLSR has created a subsidiary with the company that owns the key technology laser patents (another competitor technical block) for a dental application system. Now...no dental competitor can gain access to this patented laser.... just read about Hygenilase. By forming a partnership, LLSR saves tremendous amounts of development dollars.... another example of outstanding financial management for an upstart company using only a measly $3M. Now LLSR has two pending system products....OCT to document/detect and the application system to treat based on early OCT detection. Now imagine bundling these two systems into the dental platform....

8. Thank you for acknowledging the management talent. However, your reply makes no sense.... what tangible evidence do you have to suggest they can't raise the money other than to continue to state about the current economic conditions? It appears that you may not know what institutions they are working with preparing for round three funding.

9. Glad to see you are practicing/expanding your vocabulary. It is disappointing that you are unable to take the time to research the sale of KAVO and how it applies to LLSR.

10. It seems your stuck on the word prototype. Alpha units (phase I:completed), Beta units (phase II:completed).... and now LLSR is defining the pre-production specification (phase III: pending Qtr 4/2008)....The soft tissue dental software is in the early stages of development and will be part of natural upgrade features as they rollout the hardware. Again.... go review the various papers written by Linda Otis who has already substantiated the soft tissue OCT capability. The hard tissue software is already developed.... look at the LLSR web site for examples.

11. You really make me laugh. Name one dental industry figurehead who has endorsed LLSR's OCT system? No key industry figureheads have formally endorsed Lantis' OCT system. They do continually mention their excitement about the developing technology, the potential benefits to the dental industry, the data they have reviewed .....etc. No one would ever "endorse" a product until the production units roll out and there is verifiable field data based on the production units.

12. Again it appears you are unable to grasp the point. $3M is chump change...... look what they accomplished with minimal funding.....great financial stewardship. Are you suggesting that if they raised $10M to accomplish what they did for $3M you would give them more credit?

13. Perhaps it would help if you were able to read a book about upstart company strategies. Since when has any company ever not had to build it and sell it? LLSR is in the final stage of phase III (not pre-production, product launch or volume production)....Can you kindly suggest with verifiable evidence what area of weakness LLSR has based on a phase III status? I provided a number of strengths.... please give me one weakness based on any company in phase III development?

14. Again... my comment was based on the patient's view not the dentist. And again... if you would consider to take some time to research.... the question you are trying to subliminally propose has been addressed time-after-time. The ADA is eagerly awaiting the product rollout. You could read thru their SB-2 filing and find out how many dentists have actually invested into LLSR. It is not spelled out specifically but you have their names and access to research engines.

Please show us your homework. If you have done your homework, kindly provide tangible evidence to present your cases or points of view. I'm not smart at all.... I'm just regurgitating data from the public domain that awaits your discovery. Captain James T. Kirk is my hero..... not men-minded Sulu. And.... I never knocked you down.... I'm just encouraging you to put your brain in gear before opening your mouth.... a life lesson that often gets learned the hard way.

I would be pleased to continue the constructive debate/discussion if you are able to reply a few notches above child-like temper tantrums and you are able to provide any tangible information or resource reference to reinforce you position. I'm hoping that Agoracom continues to let you post messages given you have not reviewed their criteria for submitting messages.
