You are easily amused yank.....

Your right it's a game but this ain't Monopoly money.....

1. SB-2 final approval pending leading to significant percentage of shares moving from restricted to unrestricted. YEAH THAT WILL BE HUGE BY FURTHER DILLUTING THE SHARES

2. Leads to moving from "Pink" to "OTC". ANOTHER BIGGIE……WOW

3. These two steps permit pursuing final round of funding. THERE’S YOUR FIRST BIG PROBLEM……ANY IDEA HOW MANY GREAT IDEA’S ARE LEFT ON THE DRAWING BOARD DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING……HAVE YOU NOTICED THE SHAPE OF THE WORLD ECONOMY LATELY

4. Product launch delay is a blessing with exclusive signing of Axsun's technically untouchable Advanced Tunable Laser Engine.... exclusive.... exclusive.... try saying it... exclusive. IS THAT SUPPOSE TO BE FUNNY? EXCLUSIVE…..IS THAT YOUR BIG WORD FOR THE DAY? PRODUCT LAUNCH WAS DELAYED DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING AND WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. THE PRODUCT SOFTWARE COULD HAVE BEEN ADDED AT ANYTIME AFTER ADDITIONAL FUNDS WERE RAISED AND PROTOTYPE COMPLETED.

5. R&D to production to market acceptance risk: Minimal....10K OCT systems have been shipped by Carl Zeiss Meditec over last 6 years (market size is 65K systems)....look at their 6 year revenue stream and imagine what LLSR could look like with both exclusive systems in production (Market size is 200K systems). LLSR's stated OCT price tag is 1/3 the price of Meditec's initial price launch and priced to be affordable to a dentist's budget with significant, measurable value added services.....for every patient. MINIMAL RISK…….THAT’S YOUR OPINION AND YOU STILL NEED TO RAISE MILLIONS TO GO TO PRODUCTION

6. Competition: None....Lawrence Livermore National Labs (exclusive), Optical Hand Wand from UF (exclusive), Axsun (exclusive), Lightlab Imagine (non-exclusive... but have access to the most optimum laser)....what competitor can play given this package of relationships? THE ONES WITH THE MOST CASH

7. Hygenilase yet another system home-run to layer over LLSR's revenue income. WOW

8. Key Employees: Baron, Gimbel, Hamilton, Otis.... just read their profile...it speaks volumes for their management team. WELL RESPECTED INDIVIDUALS BUT BETWEEN THE 4 OF THEM THEY COULDN’T RAISE THE 3 MILLION RAISED IN THE LAST 2 OFFERINGS

9. Go find out about KAVO and the price paid for their system tool that can't document or isolate.... just a beeping sound as their wand is swept over the tooth....then correlate. WOW….CORRELATE ANOTHER BIG WORD…..WELL DONE BUT MEANS NOTHING

10. Soft tissue: Only OCT can detect soft tissue dental issues. Hard tissue: X-Ray cannot view the biting surface responsible for ~90% of cavities. SO THEY SAY…BUT THE FIRST PROTOTYPE HAS YET TO BE BUILT

11. Watch key industry figureheads endorse system after product launch. THEY ALREADY HAVE AND THE STOCK IS 17 CENTS

12. Look what LLSR has accomplished with two rounds of funding of ~ $3M..... great financial management.YOU LOST A LOT OF CREDIBILITY WITH ME ON THAT ONE……YOU THINK THAT’S A LOT OF MONEY?

13. Just read all the emerging 3rd party papers finding more and more applications for dental OCT, the mission statement of the dental industry (detect/treat early) and the willingness of the ADA to coordinate with the insurance industry to develop specialized codes unique to dental OCT (Process will naturally start after a few quarters of product launch). Not to mention that product treatments already exist .... LLSR is the other half of the equation.... Early Document/Detect + Early treatment solutions + specialized insurance codes + affordable price tag + large market size (200K offices in a $5B industry) + exclusivity/no competition + used by every patient = Home Run....YOUR A LONG WAY OFF IF YOU STILL HAVE TO BUILD IT AND SELL IT=BUY A LOTTERY TICKET ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK RAISING $3M A BIG DEAL

14. DRILL and FILL (more expensive/patient stress) vs early topical treatment (less expensive/No stress, pain or numbness)....what do patients prefer? DRILL AND FILL PAYS THE BMW PAYMENT…..THINK ABOUT THAT ONE FOR A LITTLE WHILE

What say YOU?....only after you spend a fair and reasonable amount of investigate time to respond with verifiable information. All this information is readily available in the public domain if you just do your homework. YOU ASSUME I DIDN’T DO MY HOMEWORK…..
