I am quite surprised that they have a 9th filing of the S-!. I am not sure, since I don't see the SEC response, what could still be asked after 9 filings. Either the SEC is really getting rediculous, or Stan should shoot his attorney'that formulates the response.

I think this "push back" really does set things back. I was positive that news was forethcoming if this filing was accepted. Plus, I was encouraged by enlightened saying it was a done deal. Obviously, it was a surprise to everyone that the SEC still has another question to be answered.

I guess the positive is that when the SEC accepts the latest filing (please). News will definitely be forthcoming. I would guess we are two or three weeks away.
