Don't expect a lot of announcements from LLSR over the next month. At best, there may simply be an announcement early-to-mid next week that they have received SEC's "Effectiveness" approval. LLSR is actively filing form 211 to move up to the OTCBB. As soon as they file these papers in the next few business days, they will have to go back into another "quite" period until OTCBB approval which should be a 3-5 week time period.

Congratulations to LLSR for obtaining SEC approval!
