LANTIS LASER CAN PRODUCE DENTAL IMAGES WITH 10 TIMES BETTER RESOLUTION THAN TRADITIONAL X-RAYS
Hey Goyanks:
I don't have any fresh information concerning LLSR's efforts to raise additional funding. A few months ago, there were a few firms that had interest in funding the company provided they cleared the SEC process and moved up to OTCBB. Today.... I could not tell you their interest level and if it was merely a delay tactic or serious inquiry. I thought LLSR would have moved up to the OTCBB by now and I don't know any reason why there is a delay..... and.... LLSR will remain quite on this topic until they are awarded OTCBB status....but again.... I thought that would have happened within the last 2-3 weeks. I may have more to share later but it is too early into the due diligence process and could spook the process....
The technology path is low risk..... just time/funding oriented to spin boards.
The beta unit path is low risk.... just time/funding oriented to build ~ 5 units.
The FDA process is low risk.... already approved OCT via Meditec.
Moving up to the OCTBB is low risk.... just time to go through the paper process... I look forward to LLSR moving up yet again by the 1st/2nd Qtr of 2010.... just uncertain which trading platform makes the most sense for now.
It's all about money.... and it will come.... just when?... I'm betting on the late 2nd Qtr!
So.... yes.... I'm getting ahead of myself......I took some time to visualize LLSR into the future past the funding delays and what to expect once they establish their distribution agreements and move into production. There is not one dentist or oral surgeon that I have spoken to that would not hesitate to pay $25K for an OCT/NIR cart once LLSR achieves their stated goals... and I have asked a number of them....
What is the response you guys gets when you discuss with dentist or oral surgeons?
Until my next post, I remain
