I have been monitoring this discussion board for a long time and have been investing in LLSR since early 2007. I have only one suggestion for each and everyone of us who have speculated and invested in this start up company. Patience. By definition, it is having the capacity of calm endurance. I would suggest that we all take a deep breath, or a valium if you must, and let the process proceed as it will ( a snails pace). Being listed on the OTCBB is just one of the stepping stones to being listed ( hopefully on the NASDAQ ) for greater exposure and the ability of investment firms, mutual funds, and retirement funds to purchase shares of the company.

If you have invested in Dental imaging companies in the past, I would suggest that you take a look at a company ( Schick Technologies) SCHK. Their product ( digital imaging ). The stock price hit a low of .30 ( the year escapes me ) as they were de-listed from the NASDAQ for reporting errors. It took a few years for this company to once again be listed on the NASDAQ and hit a high of $51.30 in June of 2006 ( I think). My stupidity or my inability to sell a stock I fall in love with kept me from selling at this all time high.

As for speculation that Mr Baron may or may not seek to sell the company once listed on the OTCBB is just that, pure speculation. I personally think this would be a mistake. SCHK did this in 2006 in a reverse merger with Sirona (SIRO) with the premise it would be better for the company and shareholders. It did not turn out the way they had anticipated. SCHK was debt free at time and as a result of the reverse merger with SIRO ( because of SIRO's debt - appx. 500+ million) we share holders lost money (from the high of $51.30).

LLSR, in my uneducated opinion, has the very good potential to change the way dental imaging is produced in the future. If it works and accepted by the industry, I beleive and hope that we share holders will be very prosperous ( and wealthy).

If you can't be patient with this company or the listing, funding, FDA, clinical trials and all the other processes required, please sell your shares. I am sure that enlightened and I along with other believers in this company would love to pick several hundred thousand more shares at .05.

I think that in time,( it may take months, it may take years ), I think the latter is more realistic, but LLSR will be a going concern and make those of us who have/had the insight to speculate in this company very happy and extremely wealthy. But then again, I am hopelessly optimistic, and extremely patient.
