Shaffer, can you spare 16 bucks to be a manipulator?

If so, put a bid in for 100 shares at the asking of 8.5 and be the reason the stock just went up 25%. It will cost uou $8.50 for the shares and probably $7.50 for the trade.

Would you be doing something illegal?
