I emailed Stan Baron, CEO a number of weeks ago asking some questions. Basically he stated to me in an email that in order to complete development of the OCT & NIR products would happen once the next round of funding is in place. From the time the funding is in place the company anticipates that it will take approx 12 months to complete development, obtain FDA clearance and transition to manufacturing and marketing.

So, I don't think they have everything developed. I would have assumed some kind of working prototype by now but let's see...
