I have participated in the first two private placements. I believe Lantis is in the process of raising about 5 million and is supposed to be making a statement before end of March 2010. I've heard that they have considered sharing or selling part or all of the exclusive patent rights to raise the funds. I was also told that they have some large dental institutions lined up (probably schools). Although that info came from a reliable source yesterday, I would rather hear it from Stan Baron himself.
