johnstockmaster, you have to take into considertion the "quiet period". There are those that the SEC requires, but also those that are self imposed because you are doing filings with the SEC and any news would distrupt filings you are about to make.

It is very difficult today for companies to deal with the SEC and FINR. It is also very expensive,

The key is to be quiet when you are doing anything that needs to be approved or accepted or questions will come and hold up the process.

Since new management has taken over LLSR many things have occurred and you have to believe many more are in the works.
