why do you keep saying in one mouth that the Mineral King gave himself 300M free shares and then out of your other mouth, that these are only voting shares that are convertible to tradable shares only representing 1M shares?.... How many mouths do you have? Why did you have to give anyone time to read the filings?.... you told the truth... the Mineral King gave himself 300M convertible preferred shares for voting purposes that only represent 1M tradeable shares.

AND before you start again... The Mineral King formed Rock of Angels in 2006 and then changed the shell to TAG Minerals Inc. in 2011 with everything Active/Current and in Good Standings! Nothing illegal and still did not find any "Fictious Names"
