This is what I alluded to in a previous post.

Another assistant moderator (probably 2) are opposed to pitboss and smarter, so I think pitboss is in for a rough time.

He has always had the delete button as his strongest "reply" to any disagreement, but he can't do that with another AM.

Eventually, there will be enough compalints to Admin to make them have to take action.

Meanwhile, you should ask one of the othwe moderators why pitboss eliminated your post. They might not agree with his decision and it would be interesting to see what problems that causes.
