This is the best structured deal I have ever seen.

CBC is basicly a small cap shell with a small float..... Some very heavy hitters will be positioned in the placement and they will promote and drive the share value in CBC.... RGC with a 50% intrest will benifit via simple math to equivilant market cap for the Newman Todd project.

This is as good as it gets! JMHO
