I think that tomorrows confrence call will be to announce the following

(1) hiring of a new CEO and introduction

(2) address their finincial position

(3) present a progress report on future developments of the drug pipeline

(4) if we are lucky, a listing, buyer or private placement financing

Generally you don't let the current CEO go unless you have a plan for a replacement when you are as busy as Don has been lately.

I haven't looked into the financial aspects of the recent deal RVX made with the Chineese Pharma but there may be some connection where Zenith will be intitled to some of the money in that arrangement.

It is time to explain what has been going on at Zenith for the last year or so.
