I do not own Zenith shares....came along after the fact. That's a little disconcerting given all the positive buzz around Zenith, but it also means I missed the big drop in the summer of 2013...so good and bad.

As far as being able to see how many times a post has been read....go onto SH and read a post, then refresh the page, bingo another page view, they're not unique which means they can be manipulated.

At the end of the day I guess it depends on how you view a stock forum....for my own part I don't view it as a promotional tool. From experience I know a stock will move when its going to move....and that movement is totally divorced from what's said on a message board.

With that being said I know that when "interested parties" decide they're going to run a stock (hello Ziopharm in March) that no so coincidentally social media forums all of a sudden go crazy....but that's not buzz causing the run....that's those running it trying to create buzz.
