I think they needed to emphasize the renal news. The burden on health care costs from dialysis is immense. Forget heart attacks. Dialysis is a yearly expense and the toll on a patient's life is huge. Strokes obviously rank up there due to disability as well but dialysis is a real $ drain. If this drug did nothing else than raise GFR and keep people of dialysis, it would be a blockbuster. Bfw
