My point would be that if your goal was to accumulate say 100K, that just hitting the ask....that the PPS would be up over $3 before you acquired 1/2 that number....I know you may say "but look, level II shows 26 lots available"....yes, that's what it might "show". But this is war and the name of the game is deception, I'm sure you've seen big support on the bid or a wall of shares available on the ask....and then POOOF, they disappear.
