Just relistned to the presentation and about the orphan indication DM said of that.....
".....we WILL announce this quarter".
Of course the emphasis on will is mine, but when you listen to him...he does "punch" the word.
Typically safe harbour protection can be employed by using a foward looking statement such..."we anticipate" or "we expect to". Don didn't say that, he said "we will". To my way of thinking that is a material statemenent of fact, and it is reasonable for investors to expect an announcement before the end of June.
As for this expected news being priced in...SF is absolutely correct, it might be...it might not be, we don't know. Ultimately I think it will come down to how much play RVX gets when the announcment is made.
At the end of the day stocks are about supply and demand....obviously there are activities going on behind the scenes, and some market players have more levers at their disposal which they can pull to affect investor sentiment....but after all is said and done it comes down to market participants determining at which price they'll buy and at which price they'll sell.
I think it can be safely argued that pretty much everyone who currently owns RVX, that they're all aware of the comiing announcement on an orphan indication....We've made our decisions to buy/hold/sell already knowing that an announcement is due before the end of this month. So in that respect I see this coming news as already being priced in.
The hope of course is that such an announcement, is that it travels far enough and wide enough to excite those who perhaps don't yet know about RVX, or those who are only casually watching it.....on a watchlist for example.
So....here's hoping that when the announcment is made, that it gets wide exposure and brings a lot of attention to RVX. I think a lot of us here, that we're very excited about the potential....but there aren't many of us. Maybe we're all just a bit addled, stupid for having invested here in a pipe dream....or maybe we're ahead of the curve and ahead of the herd.
I think there's a lot of sheep grazing in other fields right now that are going to be looking to jump the fence into our little pasture.
