Resverlogix and Zenith Special Meetings

I attended the meetings this morning in Calgary and will put together a few notes on what I heard and post them here. May take me a bit of time since I can't read my own handwriting <grin>.

However, in general, things went as expected. Resolutions were passed as expected. About 40 people in attendance but 10 were related to either Valiant or Resverlogix. Don was giving the presentations and chairing the meetings. No slides, but Q&A sessions after each meeting for about 30 minutes. That's what I'll provide notes on.

I'll leave it up to other posters to add their comments if I get something wrong.

Very positive and enthusiastic though. Personally, I'm not selling any of my shares to anyone trying to shake the tree right now. We are headed in an extremely positive direction for both companies -- just need patience to see this through to the end.
