We HOPE that tomorrow marks the day of completion of the Hepalink deal. However, keep in mind that the RVX news release was worded "Resverlogix EXPECTS that closing of the Hepalink Transaction and the Eastern Private Placement will occur on or before July 8, 2015." I added the bolding/underlining. That key word gives some wiggle room. Plus, recent events in China may or may not have an impact on the completion of the deal. Quick google search found a headline that Hepalink shares stopped trading yesterday due to pending announcment related to asset acquisition. I'm not sure how to interpret this. Is this the RVX deal? Or something else.
