I saw that bid for 271K shares as well close to end of day on Level II quotes. Interesting. Someone has an extra $400K to buy shares with? Nice. Maybe someone who sold all their ESPR holdings. Or maybe a hedge fund getting into the game?

Would be surprised to see that order filled, given the volume we're seen over the past while. Would take all the shares traded since about Aug 6th to fill the order.

On the other hand, maybe someone believes this has reached bottom and doesn't want to see it go any further -- putting in a protective position.
