Dear ledenfrog
Yes, it was I. My comment was "The sharks smelled blood in the water and they attacked. For them this was a no brainer given the irrational exhuberance displayed on this forum." I was referring to comments made on this and other RVX forums.
IMHO many "rational" prospective investors are sitting on the sidelines watching and waiting. Why? I suppose the smart, prudent, cautious investors whom have done their DD are seeing a fledgling development stage company with less than 30 employees, a Phase 2 trial that ended short of the benchmark, -O- sales, lack of a clear market niche, stiff competition, questionable FDA sanctioning of a Phase 3 trial, anemic volume, unpredictable price swings, a Phase 3 trial in Europe and China, but not the US, a Chinese partnership but no US BP, 19.6% of stock held by Eastern Capital Limited, Cayman Islands, 12.6% of stock held by Shenzhen Hepalink, China, another ~12% of stock held by NGN Capital and Don McCaffrey, CEO, - need I go on?
I agree - there wasn't anything irrational in the trading - there really wasn't much trading, manipulation maybe. And we may be smart, but prudent and cautious?
There has been a myriad of RVX conjecture and speculation or put another way "projections and emotions". Call it what you wish - it's time to deliver.
I apoligize to all RVX believers for the negative implications in this response. I have attempted to express my true sentiments in previous posts on this forum. You tell me - Is the glass half full - or is it half empty?
Oddly enough, I just Googled the definition of 'fall" and this popped up - The definition of a fall is consistent with that of a medical error. "The failure of a planned action to be completed as intended"(i.e., error of execution). The definition of the fall(season) is the season between summer and winter, fall: in the Northern Hemisphere, from the September equinox to the December solstace; 9/23/15 - 12/22/15.
Merry Christmas,
