If you buy shares of RVX right now, you don't receive any Zenith shares. At the time of the spin-off arrangement in summer 2013, owners of RVX at the time received a 1:1 share of Zenith for every share of RVX. As you know, Zenith is private right now and not publicly traded. However, at the June 30th 2015 special meeting for Zenith (transcript by Masila in the Link Library), Masila noted that Zenith is still allowing additional investments at $1 USD ($1.25 CAD), but this probably ends at the time of the AGM. Probably need at least $100K to make it worthwhile, but give Don a call if you're that rich.
