Its considered a fixed manipulated market that only the big boys know what is going on, To me its criminal and unfair, Not equal playing ground by any means, but I guess that capitalism, get away with whatever you can until you get your wrist slapped, Dept of Justice should take this to the next level,

This just happened to me on a small buy on RVX this morn, bid 2.03 ask 2.06 as soon as i changed my order to 2.06 it immediately dropepd to 1.99
