We've just had the Cavendish news, and of course the phase III news yesterday....and as I write this, 3+ hours into the trading day we haven't even traded 1,000 shares on the primary TSX exhange.

I don't have L-II so I can't see the order book.....its a Scottish thing, I donee wanna pay for it eh. But the question is....Lack of supply? Lack of demand? Or a bit of both.

Personally I think its lack of supply coupled with a lack of 'dumb money' retail interest....the retail herd won't show up unless or until the PPS starts moving higher.
