I guess the delay in the AGM from Dec 21 to Jan 7th is not that much of a delay particularly given the activity at RVX.

Stating the obvious it is clear that there will not be a NASDAQ Zenith listing in Q4 2015 but there is still 6 weeks to go in Q4. Here's hoping!

I certainly hope that the issue of liquidity for Zenith shares will be addressed on Jan 7th and that the solution will be soon. I have quite a few thousands of Zenith shares. I can't even imagine how upset the shareholders holding 100,000 or more shares must be putting significant direct pressure on Don.
