You made similar comments when the previous report was issued and as I mentioned before IMHO there is an ethical responsibility to disclose conficts of interest and compensation. If in fact Zacks is not independent or not dealing at arms length then they should be prohibited from issuing an indepenent report and recommendation without disclosure of the compensation or conflict of interest.

That point aside, in retrospect, Zacks previous upgrade from Hold to Buy had little, if no influence on RVX activity. You called it correctly and my presumption is that this excercise will also be futile and we must patiently wait for another catalyst to awaken the masses.
