I grew up in NJ back in the 70's, and for a couple years leading up to the Bicentenial year of 1976, at the end of each CBS newscast Walter Cronkite would tell viewers what happend "200 years ago today"...as in "200 years ago today, George Washington gathered his troops at blah blah blah".
Well....one year ago today on Jan. 22nd 2015 RVX opened at 71 cents, it traded between 70 and 79 cents and closed at 78 pennies. We were on our way, just a few days prior (on January 15th) the PPS had opened at just 46 cents so there had already been a decent move up.
In the days to follow RVX entered a bit of a holding pattern and didn't start moving again until the middle of February. Even by February 9th 2015 the PPS was still trading around 70 cents.
There are similarities between 2015 and 2016 at this same time....thin volume, we've seen RVX start to climb, the chart is looking bullish (stochs pointing up, fast/slow 69/44) as we've started to move up off recent lows.
And that's the way it was, January 22nd two thousand and fifteen.
