Apabetalone (RVX-208) for Orphan Drug Indications

Development programs to expand and speed up revenue streams

Apabetalone will be used as a proof of concept therapeutic for orphan diseases such as:

• Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria
• Hemolytic uremic syndrome
• Kidney disorders (c3 glomerulopathy)
• Sepsis
• Age related macular degeneration
• Ischaemia-reperfusion injury
• Allograft rejection
• Extracorporeal circulation procedures (by-pass, dialysis)
