Yes it could but from a probabalistic perspective a 12% event rate means exactly 1041 patients to get 125 events. of course the event rate could be higher. A 20% event rate would mean 125 events with 625 patients enrolled. That would be amazing since at that rate the whole trial could finish much earlier and cost much less given the overall target is something like 250 events out of a total trial populatiob if 2400-3000. I only based my analysis on the implied numbers from stated trial design given to us by mgmt
