Message: Richmond Club...

Stock, what can you expect.

When Don presents the share price heads south and no wonder. If his presentation was similar to the RVX Mar 4th update and I was a Richmond Club member I wouldn't even go on-line to check it out.

So here's a bit of fun; Here is what I recommend for RVX/Zenith.

  1. What should happen at RVX is that they should hire BDAZ.
  2. BDAZ would go in and meet with all of the scientists and organize the scientific information into a clear, concise presentation such that the significance of each slide flows from the previous slide in terms of the the characteristics of an indication, what RVX has discovered about apabetalone, why these discoveries/properties will have a positive impact on the indication/disease, other possible benefits and action plans.
  3. The presentation language should be in plain English for investors and analysts and in scientic language for the scientific/medical teams.
  4. Then, on the business side, RVX should hire an MBA student to meet with Ken Lebioda, Don and others and lay out the business possibilites, market sizes, target markets, experience with these businesses, competitive intelligence, etc and the investment case for RVX. This would include a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and that would be done in a competiitive context including the existing accomplishments at RVX vs. others playing in the same market (particularly their weaknesses).
  5. Perhaps the business issues should be presented by Ken Lebioda.
  6. Don should focus entirely on what I call "his big chess game" which should include options and plans for the next financing, new partnerships, regional deals, valuations of the potential markets, management of patents and back room discussions and negotiations.
  7. Don should not be trying to presents scientific findings and implications because he is obviously uncomfortable with it because he does not understand it and as a result he fails to be able to draw out and explain the true significance of each slide and finding.
  8. I believe the science (the core engine of this company) should be presented by articulate scientists (and I am absolutely convinced that BDAZ would do an outstanding job). With a person like BDAZ he/she would be able to invite and respond to a barage of questions from scientists and investors and that would have a very powerful impact on the understanding, credibility and confidence in RVX and Zenith approaches. It would also get the story out about the unique approach of RVX's BET inhibitors and epigenetics as a powerful minefield of scientific discovery to solve unmet needs.
  9. Currently I feel Don is afraid to take questions, and I mean lots of questions from any angle. He's hiding behind emails sent in. That does not instill confidence from investors. He is afraid of scientific questions because he does not understand it/them. But this is a science company and presenters need to have the knowledge and confidence to respond to questions and be confident and open. This would have a dramatic positive impact on shifting what I see is a very large level of skepticism about this incredible company.
  10. After the Zenith and RVX updates this year I began to realize there is a serious problem in getting the great news out in a credible and appealing manner.
  11. My concern is that it is one thing to go to investment meetings and conferences to get the message out but it is actually harmful to the brand and share price to do it in such an unprofessional manner.

So I was having some fun here but this is a very serious matter. I really am concerned that the more Don presents the lower the ship will sink!

Anyway, I'm a bit of a broken record here and will try not to post on this issue again.

Well, it's Easter and time for renewal and rebirth.

Hope the Easter Bunny visits everyone.

Cheers
