I have not seen that Hepalink has nominated a director. To me this is an indication that they are happy with management. Additionally, I think Eastern could have obtained a directors seat at a few points along the way but have not done so for the same reason.

I agree with those who say that Eastern and Hepalink don't care about share price. They are probably happy with it as a low share price allows them to obtain more for their support of RVX. As others have said, I think they are only in this for the long term result.

Someone suggested that a new regional deal will only bring dilution. It will bring cash but won't bring any dilution if it is only payment for a protected territory down the road. I believe Don had said somewhere that he thought the next regional deal would not have an equity component such as the Hepalink deal did. For a purely manufacturing and or distribution deal current share price is irrelevant.
