IMO, the way Don mentioned a second regional deal , the question is not if it Will happen but when this year it will happen, first half of the year or second half But the fact it was mentioned now is that the deal is probably in later stages of Finalization or nearing of the deal, Maybe in the hands of the lawyers, The question would be what would the deal entail and what price per share, The hepa deal was signed at $2.67 per share so I would think it would need to be Near that price to appease hepa. I think the market needs to know that there is a very good possibility of a near term Deal to get the share price moving up. At this point has no clue as to what is going on It has been way to quite. Let's hope we hear some positive news in the next few weeks Rvx is my sleeper stock pick , for those in the know, just like Dart And hepa and NGN.
