This is a New York Academy of Science scientific symposium. Resverlogix/Zenith are collaborating with NYAS for this symposium. If you attend the symposium in person, you have to pay. If you choose to attend remotely via the webinar, you still have to pay. Just because this NYAS symposium offers a webinar of presentations doesn't mean that those who can't attend get to watch for free. More info on the webinar can be found here.

In my opinion, just because you are a shareholder doesn't entitle you to free live viewing of the webinar or free symposium attendance. You either register for the whole symposium (or webcast) or nothing at all. It's not a la carte. More than just Resverlogix and Zenith are presenting. And it is likely NYAS policy that webinars are the property of the NYAS, such that Resverlogix and Zenith are not permitted to broadcast or provide free access. Furthermore, as Resverlogix stated in their news release on this symposium, "Please visit www.nyas.org to register for the symposium and/or webinar." Most likely if anything material is being presented at the symposium, then there will be a press release about it.
