I wondered about the same thing. A VP of Investor Relations that doesn't relate to investors is not a good thing. I'd like to believe that he is busy getting up to speed on new initiatives and a new approach, but no evidence of that yet.

In the last update we did get, especially on Zenith, we heard that they are looking at ways of going public, including a possbile reverse takeover of a company that is already dual listed.

Another thing I thought was that perhaps the reason Mike Sweeney sold some shares was so that he could be an early investor in the new Zenith company. Having $50-$100K early on in a company with as much potential as we hope Zenith has, would be a pretty good investment, especially since it was "free money" to him in the first place.
