This confirms what I posted a year ago or so. This tiny organization has no reason to be so complex. It is like Brascan in Canada 20 years ago. Jack Cockwell, an accountant by training, created such a complex web of ownership sructure that even large investors would not buy it's stock because even their bright minds could not figure out where the equity was.

I continue to be disappointed in Don but excited by the science. I realize this does not add positively to the discussion but feel it must be said. I should have posted on SH but just replied to your thoughts.
