To those still complaining about flagging violations and removing posts,

As Kelsee and I stated earlier, posters whose posts in this Sweeney thread that had crossed the line of Agoracom's six rules were flagged by Hub leaders OR non-Hub leaders on this forum as violations and posters warned. No one was banned. In some cases, if allowed, posts were removed. These posts contained varying degrees of negative unsubstantiated defamatory speculation on reasons for sale of shares by a Resverlogix employee. Or were trying to perpetuate fear and mistrust without any fact or basis. Or vulgarity implied in use of caps. Some posters have an Agoracom point level that prohibits Hub leaders from removing their posts. Toniv is an example. Toniv, if you see this we would appreciate it you could take down your 3 posts from the other day that were flagged since your point level prevents us from doing this. We as Hub leaders have to make a judgement call when a thread starts getting out of control, especially when other non-Hub leaders start asking us Hub leaders to step up and moderate. It is clear that both the April Sweeney thread and this June Sweeney thread led to many violations of this nature. For that reason, I recommend that you please refrain from continuing to reply to the Sweeney threads and put the issue to rest.
